Every time I’m out in Curtin, I hear from people struggling with rising costs - whether it’s groceries, rent, energy bills, or childcare. The pressure is real, and we need smart, targeted solutions that ease the burden without worsening inflation.
DELIVERED
As your Curtin Independent MP, I’m proud to have helped deliver results for our community.
I have voted to support legislation that has delivered:
- Student debt relief for 22,500 people in Curtin.
- 26 weeks paid parental leave, with superannuation included.
- Halved prescription drug prices for 6 million people.
- Paid placements for students.
- $300 energy rebate.
ADVOCATED
Through parliamentary speeches or amendments, engaging with Ministers, Curtin submissions or media appearances, I’ve also advocated for increasing welfare payments so they are above the poverty line and decreasing the cost of university degrees.
